REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: Flow cytometry antibodies and reagents

With this request for information, HUS Helsinki University Hospital (hereinafter HUS) continues the market consultation related to the preparation of the procurement. This request for information follows the previously published request for information entitled "HUS 570-2025 / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: ANTIBODIES FOR FLOW CYTOMETRY" and focuses on additional antibodies and reagents that were not included in the earlier market consultation. The aim is to identify suppliers that can provide the antibodies listed in Appendix 1 and to gather further market information to support procurement planning. SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT The antibodies for flow cytometry and reagents subject to this market consultation are used in immunophenotyping in the Special Hematology Unit laboratory of the HUS Diagnostic Center. The products are listed in the attached Appendix (Appendix 1 HUS 570-2025 Antibodies and reagents, part 2). Respondents are asked to indicate which of the antibodies and reagents listed in Appendix 1 are available in their product portfolio and provide the requested product information. INSTRUCTIONS FOR ANSWERING Respondents are kindly asked to send a message along with the completed Appendix 1 to the email address: kilpailutus.tiimi@hus.fi. The appendix can be found in the Cloudia Supplier Portal. The link to the Portal is situated in "Participation" -page of the prior information notice at www.hankintailmoitukset.fi. At TED database the link can be found in section "Procurement documents" of the prior information notice. SCHEDULE FOR RESPONDING Responses should be submitted by 19.8.2026 12:00 GMT+2 at the latest. The title or message field of the e-mail should mention: HUS 570-2025 Antibodies for flow cytometry part 2. INFORMATION FOR THE PROCEDURE This request for information is not a contract notice, a prior information notice, or a call for tenders, and the publication of this notice does not initiate a procurement procedure. The request for information does not oblige the contracting entity to carry out the actual procurement. Neither the request for information nor any responses submitted thereto shall be binding on either party. The costs associated with responding to a request for information are borne by the respondent, and HUS does not pay compensation for responding to a request for information or participating in the procurement procedure. The responses provided by suppliers will be treated confidentially.
