    HUS Group is planning the procurement of an intraoperative nerve stimulator for peripheral nerve surgery and is conducting a market survey to gather information about available solutions and inform suppliers about the upcoming procurement. Suppliers are asked to respond via email to kilpailutus.tiimi@hus.fi, indicating if the procurement item is in their product range, if it complies with the four required characteristics, and to review/comment on the attachments by providing responses to the questions presented within them. HUS may also propose further market dialogue discussions with respondents.

    • With this request for information, the HUS Group (hereinafter referred to as HUS) initiates a market survey for a future procurement. The aim of this preliminary notice is to find suppliers operating in the field, obtain information about solutions available on the market, and inform about the plans and requirements of the upcoming procurement. OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT: Intraoperative nerve stimulator for peripheral nerve surgery Required characteristics of the procurement item: 1. Must be suitable for use in surgery and handheld. 2. Sterile packaging. 3. The stimulation intensity must be adjustable and the stimulation intensity must be visible/displayed. Not just on/off type. 4. Stimulation is biphasic (cf. direct). JOINT PROCUREMENT The procurement will be carried out as a joint procurement, with the Päijät-Häme Welfare Area participating in addition to HUS. INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESPONDING TO THE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION We ask you to review the attachments to this request for information and provide responses to the questions presented in the attachments. The attachments are included with this request for information. In addition, the attachments can be found in the Cloudia Supplier Portal. A link to the portal is available on the 'Participation/Osallistuminen' page of the prior information notice at www.hankintailmoitukset.fi. In the TED database, the link can be found under the 'Procurement documents/'Hankinta-asiakirjat' section of the prior information notice. The response must be submitted by email to kilpailutus.tiimi@hus.fi before January 26, 2026 at 10:00 (GMT+2). Please specify in your email 1. whether the above-mentioned procurement item is included in your product range and 2. whether it complies with the four required characteristics specified above. 3. Review or comment the attachments and provide responses to the questions presented in the attachments. You may also include brochures of your products with your response. MARKET DIALOGUE HUS may, at its discretion, propose further market dialogue discussions with those who have responded to this notice. INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCEDURE HUS tentatively plans to publish the Call for tenders early in the year-spring of 2026. This notice is not a Call for tenders.
