Brief

Co-operative Housing Ireland requires nationwide servicing, maintenance and certification of its fire safety infrastructure under a 5-year services contract with a maximum total value of €2.5 million. The work must provide nationwide coverage and availability; submissions will be evaluated on price (60%) and quality (40%), covering service-delivery approach and methodology, contract management and performance measurement, a scenario-based response, and sustainable service delivery and ESG practices.
