The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland needs expert services to support its Research and Policy Insights Directorate through a framework agreement over 4 years, with a maximum total value of 11,480,000 EUR. The services are divided into seven lots: sustainable energy policy research, programme evaluation, and economic analysis; market research services; research and innovation delivery services; research and innovation management services; behavioural science, experimental design and evaluation; onshore renewable energy resources, technologies, analysis, spatial planning, system integration, economics and policy; and emerging sustainable energy technologies research, assessment, and policy support. Tenderers can apply for one or more lots.

Gas and Electricity Infrastructure Technical Services Single Supplier Framework

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland needs technical engineering services for a single supplier framework over 4 years, with a maximum total value of 200,000 EUR. The services involve executing the technical monitoring role on behalf of Ireland for energy projects receiving funding under the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF), specifically certifying that expenditure incurred is disbursed and conforms to relevant rules. The services are to be delivered in Dublin.

Provision of End to End Scheme Design for a National District Heat Grant Scheme

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland needs services for the final design of the Support Scheme for District Heating (SSDH) to full operational readiness over 24 months, with a maximum total value of 330,000 EUR. The project involves developing financial, economic, commercial, technical, legal, and governance processes into a robust, transparent, and proportionate end-to-end scheme framework, ensuring compliance with EU State Aid requirements and delivering an administratively efficient, scalable capital support program for district heating.

The European Commission, DG ENER - Energy, needs services for the continued provision of the Clean Energy for EU Islands Secretariat function for 4 years, with a maximum total value of 4.95 million EUR. The Secretariat will support islands in designing and implementing integrated decarbonisation pathways, focusing on broad electrification of energy demand and increased deployment of renewable energy solutions. Offers will be evaluated based on quality (70%) and price (30%).
