      PTI Schweiz benötigt einen Rahmenvertrag für die Bereitstellung, Integration und den Betrieb von zwei Systemen zur Erfassung von Fingerabdrücken: einem mobilen System (Scanner am Smartphone der Polizistinnen und Polizisten) und einem kontaktlosen System (App-basierte Erfassung von Fingerabdrücken und Gesichtsbildern über iPhones, angebunden an MACS/eneXs). Die Dienstleistungen sollen über einen Zeitraum von 5 Jahren erbracht werden. Der Rahmenvertrag ermöglicht es den PTI-Partnern (u.a. fedpol, BAZG, SEM, kantonale und kommunale Polizeikorps sowie Schweizerische Vertretungen im Ausland), Systeme und Dienstleistungen vom Zuschlagsempfänger zu beziehen. Die Vergabe erfolgt auf Basis von Qualitätskriterien.
