    From the notice

    • Statsbygg is constructing the new Life Science Building for the University of Oslo and Oslo University Hospital on behalf of the Norwegian Ministry of Education and Research, with South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority (Helse Sør-Øst) as co-client. The building will provide workplace facilities for approximately 1,600 employees and 1,600 students. Excavation and groundworks commenced in the second quarter of 2019, and the building is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026. The facility will bring together a wide range of academic disciplines in a multidisciplinary environment to develop new solutions to major challenges in health and sustainability. Researchers, educators, and innovators will have access to state-of-the-art equipment and infrastructure required to conduct world-class research, teaching, and innovation. The deadline for submitting questions or providing feedback is October 30 at 12:00.

      1105601 UiO Livsvitenskap brukerutstyr. K970.07 Low-Temperature and High-Magnetic-Field System for Materials Characterization

      Statsbygg trenger et komplett system for materialkarakterisering under kontrollerte lavtemperatur- og magnetfeltforhold, uten behov for ekstern tilførsel av flytende helium, til Livsvitenskapsbygget i Oslo. Systemet skal brukes til målinger av fysiske egenskaper i temperaturområdet ≤2 K til ≥300 K og ved magnetfelt fra 0 T opp til minst 9 T, for prøver som enkeltkrystaller, polykrystallinske materialer, pulvere, pellets, faste stykker og tynnfilmer. Leveransen inkluderer opsjoner for vedlikeholdsavtaler og utvidet garantiperiode. Tildelingskriteriene er kvalitet og funksjonalitet (70%), service, drift og vedlikehold (5%) og totalkostnad (25%). Kvalifikasjonskrav inkluderer dokumentasjon av inntil 3 referanseprosjekter utført de siste 3 årene, med opplysninger om kontraktens innhold, omfang, verdi, tidspunkt for levering og navn på mottaker, samt en kort beskrivelse av leverandørens personell og tekniske enheter.
