The University of Luxembourg needs mobile telephony services and associated equipment under a 2+1+1-year contract, covering Luxembourg. The supplier must ensure continuity of existing services and a disruption-free transition that does not affect users, while providing services at competitive market prices. The University intends to appoint one contracting party with expertise in mobile telephony services and related equipment.

  • The University wants to ensure continuity of the mobile phone services, at the best price in the current market without interruptions in the current services, and without impacting the users who should not be affected by the change. This Call for Tenders aims to conclude a contract for supplies and services, fixed at two (2) years, renewable two (2) times for one (1) year (2 + 1 + 1) on the advice of the University, in order to retain one Contracting Party known for its expertise in mobile phone services and associated equipment.
