    Brief

    The intended procurement is a state-of-the art x-ray scattering equipment with an overall large-facility beamline design and covering a broad range in scattering angles (wide- and small-angle x-ray scattering) in both transmission (SAXS/WAXS) and reflection (GISAXS/GIWAXS) geometry. The instrument has to accommodate many different types of samples and different types of sample environments. The instrument will constitute the cornerstone in a departmental interdisciplinary scattering facility covering physics, chemistry and biology. It is essential that the instrument is flexible and allows easy installation of custom-made sample environments made in collaboration with the local workshop.
