Lappeenrannan-Lahden teknillinen yliopisto LUT tarvitsee optisen käänteismikroskoopin metallografiaan ja metallurgiaan Etelä-Karjalaan. Hankittavan kokonaisuuden tulee sisältää sekä laitteisto että siihen liittyvä mittaus- ja analysointiohjelmisto, jotka mahdollistavat monipuoliset automaattiset mittaukset, kuvantamisen ja analysoinnin. Confocal Raman microscope for particle morphology and material identification

VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd needs a Confocal Raman microscope for particle morphology and material identification, to be delivered to Helsinki-Uusimaa, for a duration of 15 months. The tool is aimed at detecting particles and identifying their composition, determining morphological aspects, and generating mineralogical and/or material mapping of particles. The tendered tool must comply with all technical properties, functionalities, performance specifications, and acceptance criteria detailed in Annex 1 of the invitation to tender. The award criteria are Price (65%) and Quality (35%). A mandatory optional part, an anti-vibration desk, will be included in the price comparison.

Microscale thermophoresis device

Oulun yliopisto needs a spectral shift and microscale thermophoresis device for Biocenter Oulu, with a maximum total value of 189,000 EUR (excluding VAT). The device will be used to characterize and quantify nanoparticle interactions, including proteins, in solution without immobilization, and must enable assessment of sample quality and aggregation, differentiating binding events from aggregation. It needs to detect interactions based on changes in the emission spectrum of an excited fluorophore under isothermal conditions and create a microscopic non-isothermal temperature field to determine binding events based on temperature-related intensity changes and fluorescence intensity changes following thermophoresis. The device must have a measurable dynamic range of dissociation constant of at least nM-mM and binding affinity in at least nM-mM range, with low sample consumption (around 10 microlitres) and low nanomole of the labeled target. The contract duration is 36 months. The award criterion is the total price, weighted at 100%.

National Library of Finland Scanner Procurement

The University of Helsinki needs to procure one V-Cradle scanner and one fully automatic or robotic scanner for the National Library's Mikkeli unit, with a maximum total contract value of 115,000 EUR. The procurement includes delivery, installation, commissioning, user training (minimum 2 working days for 2-4 users), a 24-month warranty, and full technical documentation. There are options for a maintenance contract and the purchase of a third device (either a V-Cradle or automatic/robotic scanner) within 1-2 years. Offers will be evaluated based on image quality (29.4118%), price (24.5098%), functionality and usability (19.6078%), usability based on video (14.7059%), support and maintenance (7.8431%), and environment, sustainability and ecology (1.9608% + 1.9608%).
