    De La Salle College Dundalk needs internal refurbishment and modernization of two Science Laboratories and one shared Preparation Area, including stripping out existing furniture, subfloor levelling, creating a structural opening, modifying and testing mechanical and electrical installations (including dedicated science gas lines, water supplies, waste infrastructure, and heating adjustments), installing new laboratory grade sheet flooring, suspended ceilings, blackout roller blinds, and custom fitted lab cabinetry, as well as providing and assembling a secure bike shelter for up to 30 bicycles. The project has a maximum total value of 200,000 EUR and a duration of 2 months. Works will be executed on a fixed price lump sum basis under the PW-CF6 Public Works Short Form Contract, with the contractor acting as PSCS. Major mechanical ties and structural disruption must be phased to complete during school holidays or weekends.
