Brief
La Junta de Contratación del Ministerio de Transportes y Movilidad Sostenible busca un seguro de responsabilidad civil patrimonial por 2 años, con un valor máximo total de 1.005.000 euros, para el Ministerio, AESA, AESF, CEDEX, CNIG y su personal dependiente. La póliza cubrirá las consecuencias económicas de la responsabilidad directa, solidaria o subsidiaria por daños corporales, materiales y perjuicios económicos consecutivos causados a terceros en el ejercicio de sus funciones; el proyecto se ubica en Madrid. La adjudicación pondera el precio (70 puntos) y mejoras en límites de indemnización, franquicia y retroactividad ilimitada (30 puntos en conjunto). HDI Global SE, Sucursal en España, obtuvo el contrato anterior de este seguro.
