    The National Research Centre for the Working Environment - NFA has entered into an agreement with Agilent Technologies Denmark ApS for the delivery of a multi-year service agreement for the maintenance, repair, and technical support of Agilent LC-MS and GC-MS systems, with a final contract value of 2.616.001 DKK. The agreement includes the provision of original spare parts, technicians trained by the equipment manufacturer, scheduled preventive maintenance, as well as troubleshooting and support with a maximum response time of three working days.
