      IVAGO heeft een geavanceerd verbrandingsoptimalisatiesysteem (ACCS) nodig voor de afvalenergiecentrale in Gent, België. Dit betreft het ontwerp, de levering, configuratie, integratie, testen en inbedrijfstelling van het systeem voor ovenlijnen 1 en 2. Het ACCS moet de bestaande basisregeling aanvullen met een geavanceerde optimalisatielaag voor een stabielere en efficiëntere verbranding en stoomproductie, en moet tevens monitoring- en rapportagefunctionaliteiten bevatten. De implementatie zal plaatsvinden tijdens een geplande stilstand van de energiecentrale in 2027, na 31 maart. De opdrachtnemer moet klaar zijn voor implementatie uiterlijk op 31 maart 2027. De oplossing moet worden geïmplementeerd op een PC-gebaseerde server of workstation en geschikt zijn voor continue bedrijfsvoering, rekening houdend met beschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid en cybersecurity. De gunningscriteria zijn prijs (70%) en kwaliteit (30%). Kandidaten moeten een totale omzet van minimaal tweemaal het offertebedrag over de laatste twee boekjaren aantonen, minimaal drie referenties van gelijkaardige opdrachten voorleggen, en beschikken over minstens één kwaliteitssysteem of kwaliteits-/beroepskeurmerk.
