Brief

El Ente Público de Radiotelevisión de las Illes Balears ha adjudicado un contrato a Telefónica Soluciones de Informática y Comunicaciones de España, S.A.U. para la prestación de un servicio integral de desarrollo, implantación e integración de nuevas funcionalidades para el ecosistema OTT del EPRTVIB, basado en un modelo VPaaS (Video Platform as a Service). El servicio se entregará en Mallorca durante un período de 2 años, con un valor final de 318.640 €. Se valoraron criterios como la oferta económica de implantación y ejecución de servicios, el soporte y mantenimiento, las medidas de conciliación laboral, la oferta económica de transcodificación, almacenamiento y tráfico de datos, así como funcionalidades específicas como subtitulación en vivo, herramientas de producción de directos, plataforma unificada de gestión, editor de video avanzado, arquitectura técnica, integración con sistemas existentes y frontends, herramientas de analítica, explotación audiovisual, seguridad, escalabilidad, resiliencia, alta disponibilidad, soporte, mantenimiento y mejoras, además del plan de trabajo y formación.
