This includes providing a full suite of strategic capabilities as required to act as ESB Networks’ lead partner and primary source of third-party resourcing in the detailed design and delivery of the operational model, market design, engineering design, IT and OT architecture and technical and business processes required to fulfil the objectives of the programme.
