Brief
The Netherlands Ministry of Defence seeks a framework agreement for the supply of single-use Type 3 Class 4 and Class 5 specialised CBRN suits, divided into two lots. The agreement may run for up to 10 years (5 years, with options for 3 additional years and a further 2 years). The notice gives no contract value. Offers will be assessed on best price-quality ratio. Seyntex NV won a previous procurement titled “CBRN Protective Suits 2021.”
