    Norce Norwegian Research Centre AS har inngått en avtale med Horiba Europe Gmbh Germany Filial Sverige for levering av et spektrofluorometer til bruk i forsknings- og utviklingsaktiviteter i Vestland. Anskaffelsen inkluderer også nødvendig programvare, installasjon, brukerstøtte, teknisk support, samt tilleggsutstyr som en mikroplateleser og en fiberoptisk probe. Dette vil forbedre laboratoriets analytiske evner ved å muliggjøre avansert fluorescensanalyse og nøyaktig måling av molekylære emisjoner. Avtalen har en total verdi på 700 000 kroner. Det ble mottatt 16 tilbud i konkurransen.

      The purpose of this procurement is to acquire a spectrofluorometer.This procurement has an estimated value of 600.000 - 800.000,- NOK exluding VAT and are therefor bellow the national threshold value. To ensure that we receive offers that satisfy our needs, we have voluntarily announced a competition on both Doffin and TED.Main features of the procedureThe purpose of this procurement is to acquire a spectrofluorometer that meets the specific needs of our research and development activities, including the ability to acquire 3D fluorescence spectra for the identification and quantification of complex biomolecules. The instrument will enable advanced fluorescence analysis, allowing for precise measurement of molecular emissions across a broad spectrum.The scope of this acquisition encompasses not only the purchase of the spectrofluorometer but also essential software, installation, user training, ongoing technical support, and additional accessories such as a microplate reader and a fiber-optic probe. These enhancements will facilitate efficient screening, online measurements, and overall improve the analytical capabilities of our laboratory, ensuring high-quality results in both routine and specialized applications.

Det er også viktig at instrumentdesignet tillater effektiv rengjøring og grundig dekontaminering, da det skal brukes post-PCR. Planlagt gjennomstrømning er 20 000–30 000 prøver per år, hovedsakelig i 4 x 96-brønnsplater, med fremtidig mulighet for 384-brønnsplater. Tildelingskriteriene er kostnad (40%), kvalitet (30%) og klima- og miljøhensyn (30%). Kvalifikasjonskrav inkluderer referanser på relevant erfaring fra oppdrag eller leveranser av automatisert væskehåndtering fra de siste 3–5 årene.
