Brief

Electricity Supply Board (ESB) has entered into a framework agreement with Ernst & Young Business Advisory Services, Ove Arup & Partners Ltd, and Analysys Mason for the provision of professional telecommunication and project management services in Ireland. The services, which include project management office (PMO) support, governance and delivery of project services, and specialist technical and operational telecommunications advisory services, are divided into two lots: Lot 1 for Project Management and PMO support, and Lot 2 for Technical and operational telecommunications advisory services.
