    Health Service Executive (HSE) needs works for an 80m2 ground floor extension and re-configuration of an existing corridor at St Luke's Hospital Rathgar, D6 Eircode: D06 HH36, over 10 months. The project includes underground services diversions, piling, pile caps, external walls, roof, new floor, ceiling and wall finishes, mechanical and electrical installations, a new external access ramp, and site services. The extension is to facilitate a new Gamma Camera Scanner, and the contractor will provide attendance to and liaise with GE Healthcare during its installation.
