    This document is the award notice. Kotkan Energia Oy has tendered for the delivery of one Steam High Voltage Electrode Boiler. Now days KEO Kotka Hovinsaari power plant site consists of 3 heat boilers and number of steam distributing networks. The heat power plant will produce steam to the district heating network and process steam to company nearby. New electric boiler with including equipment will be added to existing Hovinsaari heat power plant and will be located in existing building. The electric boiler will be electrode type and total steam capacity of the electric boiler shall be 30 MW and the voltage of 20 kV. The electrode boiler will be located in the city of Kotka, Finland.

The electrode boiler will be located in the city of Kotka, Finland.Main features of the procedureProcurement procedure is Public Procurement “negotiation procedure" and the Finnish Law of Public Procurement (1398/2016) will be followed. The contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders without conducting negotiations. The Purchaser shall reject all Tenders if Kotkan Energia Oy (KEO) makes a decision not to execute the investment.
