Целта е да се поддржи Агенцијата за храна и ветеринарство во зајакнувањето на нејзиниот целокупен капацитет за имплементација на правото на ЕУ и исполнување на обврските од Партнерството за пристапување, вклучувајќи подобрување на системите за официјална контрола, инспекција, спроведување, мониторинг и известување, како и зголемување на усогласеноста кај економските оператори и зајакнување на системите за управување со податоци. Понудите ќе бидат евалуирани врз основа на квалитет (80%) и цена (20%).

    About the bid

      The specific objective of this contract is to support the Food and Veterinary Agency in strengthening its overall capacity to implement the EU acquis and fulfil Accession Partnership commitments. This includes enhancing its ability to effectively transpose the EU acquis into national legislation; improve official control systems; ensure the effective implementation of inspection, enforcement, monitoring, and reporting functions; increase compliance among economic operators; and strengthen data management systems within the Agency.
