Water-Link heeft behoefte aan diensten voor een "STUDIEBUREAU OMGEVINGSVERGUNNING DN1000 NPR-HPL". De gunningscriteria zijn prijs en plan van aanpak, beide op volgorde van belangrijkheid. Als kwalificatie-eis geldt dat de Creditsafe International Score van de kandidaat "A", "B" of "C" moet zijn, waarbij bij een score "C" en een risicoscore lager dan 37 een extra controle op de financiële ratio's zal plaatsvinden.

Qualification requirements
Description
Om de financiële draagkracht van de kandidaat te controleren zal de aanbestedende entiteit gebruik maken van de Creditsafe International Score. De Creditsafe International Score is een gestandaardiseerde score afgeleid van de nominale Creditsafe score. Hierdoor kan een score vergelijking worden gemaakt tussen bedrijven in verschillende landen. Volgende score zijn mogelijk: Score A: zeer laag risico, Score B: laag risico, Score C: gemiddeld risico, Score D: hoog risico, Score E: geen score. Minimumeisen: Uit de behaalde score moet een gezonde financiële toestand blijken. Deze score dient “A”, “B” of “C” te zijn. Als de score “C” is, en de risico score is lager dan 37, dan zal er een extra check gedaan worden op de financiële ratio’s. De aanbestedende entiteit behoudt zich het recht voor om kandidaten met een score < 37 te weren, wanneer deze financiële ratio’s niet overwegend positief zijn.
