This notice supplements previously published notice from Ørsted 2023/S 004-006863 (Services). This notice supplements previously published notices from Achilles Information AS regarding Ørsted’s use of the Achilles Utilities NCE qualification system that Achilles administer. This notice is published on a voluntary basis in order to increase transparency and knowledge about the contracting entity’s purchases in EU tender procedures.

Supplementary notice to notice 2022/S 171-485697 (Works) Boulder Relocation at the WTG and OSS Locations

This notice supplements previously published notice from Elektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica – 2 SP. Z o.o. 2022/S 171-485697. This notice is published on a voluntary basis in order to increase transparency and knowledge about the contracting entity’s purchases in EU tender procedures. This notice relates to the contracting entity’s project for the development, construction and operation of one offshore wind project in the Baltic Sea with a total potential capacity of up to 1.5 GW where Ørsted Wind Power A/S is representing the contracting entity in the entire tender procedure (‘Entity represented by Ørsted Wind Power A/S’), specifically to the tender for Boulder Relocation at the WTG and OSS Locations. Ørsted Wind Power A/S will use the UNCE qualification system for procurement and expects to launch the tender via said qualification system during week 14-15 2024 using product code 4.1.18 Demolition & Clearance Work.

Supplementary information regarding use of Achilles Utilities Nordics & Central Europe qualification system by Ørsted and Ørsted Group including the entities mentioned in section 1 and 2.1.4 General information

Ørsted Services A/S, based in Denmark, is using the Achilles Utilities Nordics & Central Europe qualification system for the selection of suppliers and contractors for repair and maintenance services. This is a qualification system, not a direct procurement, and suppliers can apply for qualification at any time by completing an Order Form, paying an annual qualification fee (between EUR 270 and 1210), and completing an online questionnaire. The system is open to manufacturers or distributors dealing directly with the buyer.

Ørsted Services A/S, a Danish buyer, is using the Achilles Utilities Nordics & Central Europe qualification system for suppliers of electrical machinery, apparatus, equipment, and consumables, as well as lighting. This system allows suppliers to qualify for future contracts and framework agreements. To qualify, suppliers must complete an Order Form, pay an annual qualification fee between EUR 270 and 1210, and complete an online questionnaire providing detailed company information. Suppliers may also be required to answer customer-specific questions. The qualification system is open to manufacturers or distributors dealing directly with the buyer.

Ørsted Wind Power A/S søger leverandører af gassoljer, herunder fyringsolie, lavsvovldiesel og diesel, til Tyskland. For at kvalificere sig skal leverandører tilmelde sig Achilles Utilities NCE kvalifikationssystemet, hvilket indebærer udfyldelse af en online spørgeskema og betaling af et årligt gebyr på mellem 200 og 1000 EUR.
