This notice is published on a voluntary basis in order to increase transparency and knowledge about the contracting entity’s purchases in EU tender procedures. Elektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica – 2 SP. Z o.o needs helicopter services for crew changes during the construction phase of an offshore wind project in the Baltic Sea with a potential capacity of up to 1.5 GW. The tender is expected to launch in February-March 2026. To qualify, suppliers must enroll in the Achilles UNCE qualification system by completing an order form, paying an annual qualification fee (approximately EUR 200 to EUR 1000), and completing an online questionnaire about their company.
