Die genannte Dokumentation ist nur für den Zweck der Angebotserarbeitung zu verwenden. Diese unterliegt der Geheimhaltung. Veröffentlichung, Vervielfältigung und Weitergabe dieser Dokumente an Dritte, auch auszugsweise, ist nur mit vorheriger schriftlicher Genehmigung des Auftraggebers zulässig.
