    The European Union Monitoring Mission in Georgia (EUMM) needs a continuous supply of diesel, petrol, and potentially Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for its vehicle fleet and generators in Georgia. The supplier must have a well-developed fuel distribution network across Georgia, provide fuel meeting applicable quality standards, and offer an electronic fuel distribution system with specified minimum features. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price.

      European Union Monitoring Mission in Georgia (EUMM) operates a fleet of vehicles in Georgia. The vehicles are powered with diesel and petrol engines. Additionally, EUMM uses diesel to fuel the power generators. There is a need to have an unhindered supply of fuel through a supplier which is in possession of well-developed fuel distribution network in the whole territory of Georgia, besides locations indicated in the Technical Specifications. The supplier should be able to supply fuel to the applicable quality standards and provide an electronic fuel distribution system with the minimum features as indicated in the Technical Specifications. Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) may be required too if LPG fueled vehicles will be introduced to EUMM fleet in future.

Η ΑΦΟΙ ΜΑΡΗ ΤΟΥ ΧΡΗΣΤΟΥ Ο.Ε. έχει την αντίστοιχη σύμβαση σήμερα. Το κριτήριο ανάθεσης είναι η πλέον συμφέρουσα από οικονομική άποψη προσφορά, αποκλειστικά βάσει της τιμής, και συγκεκριμένα το μεγαλύτερο ποσοστό έκπτωσης επί της μέσης τιμής λιανικής πώλησης κατά την ημέρα παράδοσης. Απαιτείται οι οικονομικοί φορείς να είναι εγγεγραμμένοι σε επαγγελματικό ή εμπορικό μητρώο και να διαθέτουν άδεια λειτουργίας πρατηρίου υγρών καυσίμων ή άδεια λιανικής εμπορίας πωλητή πετρελαίου θέρμανσης, ή άδεια εμπορίας αργού πετρελαίου και πετρελαιοειδών προϊόντων.
