Framework contract for the supply of geospatial products for the Copernicus Security Service component on support to EU external and security actions

The European Union Satellite Centre needs services for the production and supply of geospatial products for the Copernicus Security Service component on support to EU external and security actions, under a framework contract for 18 months with a maximum total value of 6,090,000 EUR. The services involve providing rapid and on-demand geospatial products based on the analysis of satellite imagery and collateral data for the detection and monitoring of events or activities relevant to EU and global security, including layers, maps, and databases in various formats. The award criteria are Quality (70%) and Price (30%).

Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for IT Supplies

Acquisition of all types of end-user IT hardware equipment, including cybersecurity equipment and datacentre infrastructure equipment. The DPS will also include related services, such as warranty and extended guarantee services of different levels and other additional services associated to the equipment in scope, as well as standard contract management services.

Provision of standard ICT Hardware and related standard services

Framework Agreements to be used for the commissioning of the provision of standard ICT hardware and related ICT hardware services, including hardware maintenance and support services as well as hardware installation, configuration and integration. The ICT Hardware and Services to be provided by contractors relate to the following domains: Ø Domain 1: End User Computing including Components and Peripherals, Ø Domain 2: Audio/Visual, Ø Domain 3: Server Computing and Storage, Ø Domain 4: Network, Ø Domain 5: Physical Security. Euroopa Liidu Vabadusel, Turvalisusel ja Õigusel Põhineva Ala Suuremahuliste IT-süsteemide Operatiivjuhtimise Amet (eu-LISA) vajab andmeseadmeid ja -materjale raamlepingu alusel 4 aastaks, maksimaalse koguväärtusega 900 miljonit eurot. Pakkumuste hindamisel on kvaliteedi osakaal 60% ja hinna osakaal 40%.
