    De Europese Commissie, DG CNECT - Communications Networks, Content and Technology, heeft de aanbesteding voor de continue levering van (hernieuwbaar) aardgas aan het JRC-Geel geannuleerd, aangezien er geen offertes, verzoeken tot deelname of projecten zijn ontvangen. Het contract had een maximale totale waarde van 500.000 euro en een looptijd van 48 maanden, waarbij het gas gebruikt zou worden voor de verwarming van drie gebouwen op het JRC-Geel terrein in België.
