De Europese Unie, vertegenwoordigd door de Europese Commissie, heeft aardgas nodig voor de continue levering van (hernieuwbaar) aardgas aan het JRC-Geel in België, te gebruiken voor de verwarming van drie gebouwen op het terrein. Het betreft een leveringscontract met een maximale totale waarde van 500.000 EUR over een periode van 4 jaar. De gunningscriteria zijn prijs (80%) en kwaliteit (20%).
