Консультативна місія Європейського Союзу з реформування сектору цивільної безпеки України (EUAM Ukraine) потребує постачання офісних меблів та надання супутніх послуг для підтримки операційних та проєктних потреб Місії, включаючи облаштування проєктних локацій та заміну існуючих меблів. Заохочується використання перероблених та екологічно чистих матеріалів у виробництві меблів. Additional deliveries. Provided they are intended either as a partial replacement of supplies or installations or as the extension of existing supplies or installations, where a change of supplier would oblige the contracting authority to acquire supplies having different technical characteristics which would result in incompatibility or disproportionate technical difficulties in operation and maintenance may be purchased up to 50% of the initial contract value to the initial contractor by negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice.

The framework contract will be primarily used to support the Mission’s operational and project-related requirements, including furnishing project locations and supporting project implementation activities. It will also cover internal Mission needs and the replacement of existing furniture in the Mission’s premises when required. In line with the Mission’s commitment to sustainable and responsible procurement, the use of recycled and environmentally friendly materials in furniture production is encouraged, where feasible and without compromising quality and durability.
