EXPERTISE FRANCE requires service vehicles for its Country Office in Angola under a 2-year framework agreement, with a maximum total value of €300,000.     Each technical offer, deemed to be technically conforming, will be attributed a technical score (TS out of a maximum of 50 points) by adding up the weighted scores obtained for each sub-criterion.

  • Description

    The financial score (FS), out of a maximum of 50 points, will be determined by comparing the prices of the financial offers of all candidates having submitted a conforming bid.

    Evaluation Method

    The candidate offering the lowest price will receive the maximum score of 50 points. The financial score for each other candidate will be calculated using the following formula:
