    Brief

    The European Union, represented by the European Commission on behalf of Serbia, has entered into an agreement with Braca Crnomarkovic d.o.o., Atrikod d.o.o. Krusevac, Vladex doo, and MNG Plastik Gogic doo Indjija for the supply of technical assistance for the introduction of source separation (bio waste) in 5 waste management regions. This project, located in Serbia, involves the delivery of equipment such as home composters, reusable collection bags, compaction waste collection vehicles, works trucks fitted with cranes, and composting equipment including shredders, windrow turners, screens, tractors, trailers, and weighbridges. The contract has a duration of 270 days and a total value of 6,202,313 EUR. Two bids were received for this contract.

    • The Bio-Waste 5 Regions project will support national and local authorities with the introduction of composting of green waste in 25 cities and towns in Serbia. The supply of equipment for home composting, collection, transport and treatment is a component of this project. This Prior Identification Notice makes potential suppliers aware that the EU Delegation of Serbia intends to procure relevant equipment that may include the following. - Home composters and reusable collection bags. (20,000 – 60,000 units) - Compaction waste collection vehicles approx. 8-16m³ (20-30 units) - Works trucks fitted with cranes, GVW7.5approx. (2 units) - Composting equipment including small and medium-sized shredders, windrow turners, screens. Supporting equipment including tractors, trailers and weighbridges (10-20 units each). Note: All volumes are only indicative, approximate and non-binding.
