Brief

An Garda Síochána needs portable dynamometer systems and associated calibration and maintenance services for a multi-supplier framework agreement over 60 months, with a maximum total value of 4,500,000 EUR. The scope includes the supply, delivery, commissioning, calibration, training, support, maintenance, and recalibration of portable dynamometer systems for examining electric scooters, electrically assisted pedal cycles, e-mopeds, e-bikes, and other micromobility vehicles. The framework agreements will be divided into two lots, each resulting in a separate framework agreement.

  • In summary, the Contracting Authority will set up multi-supplier Framework Agreements for the supply and delivery of Portable Dynamometer systems and associated Calibration and Maintenance Services to An Garda Síochána. The scope of the required services will includes the supply, delivery, commissioning, calibration, training, support, maintenance and recalibration of portable dynamometer systems for the examination of electric scooters, electrically assisted pedal cycles, e-mopeds, e-bikes and other micromobility vehicles. The technical specifications for the services are set out in Appendix 1. The framework agreements will be divided into two (2) lots (each a “Lot”) as described below in Table 1. Each Lot will result in a separate framework agreement (each a “Framework Agreement”)
