    Brief

    The European Commission, FPI - Service for Foreign Policy Instruments, has entered into an agreement with GOPA WORLDWIDE CONSULTANTS GMBH, GOPA PACE, SERVICE PUBLIC FEDERAL INTERIEUR, UNIWERSYTET LODZKI, ISEM-INTERNATIONAL SECURITY AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE, and NPO for the delivery of services related to table top, field exercises, simulations, and training in the CBRN risk mitigation field. The services, with a global geographical scope, will support the organization of exercises to test capacities and equipment from EU CBRN regional projects, including scenario drafting, logistical support, visibility material production, observation, evaluation, recommendations, and training. The contract duration is 40 months, with a final value of 4,935,500 EUR. Two bids were received for this contract.

    • Facility for supporting the organization of table top, field exercises, simulation and training in the CBRN risk mitigation field. The geographic scope is "global". These exercises serve the purpose to test both the capacities acquired through the regional projects implemented under the EU CBRN programme and the functioning of the equipment delivered to the partner countries. The services provided will include drafting of scenarios, logistical support, production of visibility material, observation and evaluation of the performance of the exercises, recommendation and training if needed. The project can support also specific ad hoc high level trainings that are not provided through the usual regional projects.
