Support to the monitoring of the implementation and enforcement of the EU Wildlife Trade Regulations and the EU Action Plan against Wildlife Trafficking

Inter-institutional single framework contract to support the monitoring of LIFE projects, communication and other support services for the implementation of the LIFE programme

The European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) needs services for an inter-institutional single framework contract over 4 years, with a maximum total value of 61,000,000 EUR. European Monitoring of Biodiversity in Agricultural Landscapes (EMBAL) 2028

The European Commission, DG DEFIS - Defence Industry and Space, located in Belgium, needs services for the European Monitoring of Biodiversity in Agricultural Landscapes (EMBAL) 2028. This 4-year contract, with a maximum total value of 5,400,000 EUR, aims to establish a robust data series on the state of biodiversity in agricultural landscapes in the EU and improve understanding of policy impacts on biodiversity trends. The services include undertaking the EMBAL field survey in all EU Member States in 2028 and 2029, surveying at least 4500 sites each year (9000 site-surveys over two years) strictly following the EMBAL survey protocol and technical guidelines, and analyzing the collected data. Tasks involve preparation of the field survey (including sampling strategy, recruitment of surveyors, material, data workflow, quality control), execution of the field survey, data post-processing, data analysis, and organizing a conference to present results. Offers will be evaluated based on quality (60%) and price (40%).

Support to the Economic Modelling of Agriculture and Rural Development Policies in Europe IV

The European Commission, DG JRC - Joint Research Centre, is planning the procurement of services for economic modelling of agriculture and rural development policies in Europe. This framework contract will provide expertise in using and developing agro-economic modelling tools and technical support for model maintenance, development, and application of core agro-economic models.
