    La Comisión Europea, INTPA - International Partnerships, necesita servicios de asistencia técnica para un contrato de 3 años, con un valor máximo total de 2 millones de euros. El objetivo es mejorar la eficacia, eficiencia y visibilidad de la cooperación UE-Bolivia para promover el crecimiento verde e inclusivo bajo la Estrategia de Inversión Global Gateway. Esto incluye apoyar inversiones sostenibles y de alta calidad en sistemas de cadenas de valor, conectividad, transición energética, digitalización, infraestructura y acciones relacionadas con la sociedad civil y el género. La instalación proporcionará experiencia técnica, legal y financiera especializada para identificar, estructurar y promover oportunidades de inversión, fortaleciendo la capacidad de la Delegación de la UE para la diplomacia económica, el compromiso de las partes interesadas y el desarrollo de asociaciones estratégicas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de la UE. Los criterios de adjudicación se basan en la calidad (80%) y el precio (20%).

    • Short description of the contract: The facility aims to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and visibility of EU-Bolivia cooperation to promote green and inclusive growth under the Global Gateway Investment Strategy (GGIS). It focuses on supporting sustainable, high-quality investments in value chain systems, connectivity, energy transition, digitalisation, infrastructure and civil society and gender related actions. By aligning Bolivia’s emerging development priorities with the EU’s Multiannual Indicative Programme (MIP) 2025–2027 and the Global Gateway framework, the facility provides specialised technical, legal, and financial expertise to identify, structure, and promote investment opportunities. It strengthens the EU Delegation’s capacity for economic diplomacy, stakeholder engagement (public and private sectors), and strategic partnership development, while ensuring compliance with EU standards. Additionally, it fosters structured policy dialogue, deepens Team Europe coordination, and enhances strategic communication to improve the visibility of EU and long-term partnerships in Bolivia.
