Usluge su uključivale podršku institucijama uključenim u upravljanje vodama kroz pružanje fleksibilne pomoći i izradu 2. Plana upravljanja rečnim slivom sa Strateškom procenom uticaja na životnu sredinu i 1. Plana upravljanja rizikom od poplava sa Strateškom procenom uticaja na životnu sredinu.
