Le projet vise à préserver le Palais en tant qu'installation sportive, culturelle et de jeunesse multifonctionnelle d'importance nationale, et à le préparer pour les "XXI Jeux Méditerranéens - Prishtina 2030". Le prestataire de services devra effectuer une étude complète du Palais, préparer une conception conceptuelle et un plan d'investissement, et réaliser une analyse financière préliminaire ainsi qu'une évaluation des risques du projet.

    About the bid

      The overall objective of the project, of which this TA contract will be a part, is to preserve Prishtina’s “Palace of Youth and Sports” as a multi-functional sports, culture and youth facility of national significance and to make it ready to serve as a competition and training venue for the “XXI Mediterranean Games- Prishtina 2030”, which the Republic of Kosovo* will host. The Service Provider will undertake a complete survey of the Palace of Youth and Sports. Secondly, considering the results of the Documentation of the existing condition and Condition assessments survey, the Service Provider will prepare a Concept design and a project investment plan identifying the next steps to implementation. Finally, the Service Provider will carry out a preliminary financial analysis and risk assessment of the Project.
