L'acquisition est divisée en deux lots : le lot 1 concerne l'achat de terminaux mobiles (smartphones, tablettes, téléphones classiques, routeurs mobiles) et les services associés (garantie, assurance, gouvernance), avec une estimation de 6,5 millions d'euros et un maximum de 8,5 millions d'euros. Le lot 2 concerne les abonnements voix, SMS, données, les options d'itinérance, la location de solutions de couverture intérieure et les services d'assistance et de gouvernance associés, avec une estimation de 7 millions d'euros et un maximum de 9 millions d'euros.

De Europese Commissie, INTPA - Internationale Partnerschappen, heeft een Dynamisch Aankoopsysteem (DAS) opgezet voor de inkoop van mediadiensten. Dit omvat mediastrategie, -planning, -inkoop en aanpassing van middelen voor campagnes van bedrijven, vertegenwoordigingen en directoraat-generaal. De maximale totale contractwaarde is 275 miljoen EUR over een periode van 5 jaar. De gunningscriteria zijn kwaliteit (70%) en prijs (30%).

WMD Drinkwater NV heeft behoefte aan diensten voor mobiele telefonie en data voor WMD, WBGR en WLN, met een maximale totale contractwaarde van 1.250.000 EUR. De overeenkomst heeft betrekking op het leveren van betrouwbare, veilige en toekomstbestendige mobiele telefonie- en datadiensten, waarbij elke organisatie afzonderlijk haar eigen aansluitingen, gebruikers, kosten en verbruik zelfstandig en eenvoudig moet kunnen beheren. Er zijn in totaal 952 simkaarten betrokken. De gunningscriteria zijn prijs (30%), gebruikersportaal en functionaliteit (30%), beschikbaarheid, kwaliteit en functionaliteit (25%), en veiligheid en continuïteit (15%).
