Brief
The Contracting Entity wishes to award a contract for the design of a playful children’s universe at Stærekassen (The Starling Nest Box), also referred to as the “New Stage” at the Royal Danish Theatre. The playful children’s universe is targeted at children ages 4-12 and spans more than 3,500 m2. The Supplier who is awarded the contract is to design the content of the playful children’s universe.

The Contracting Entity wishes to award a contract for the design of a playful children’s universe at Stærekassen (The Starling Nest Box), also referred to as the “New Stage” at the Royal Danish Theatre. The playful children’s universe is targeted at children ages 4-12 and spans more than 3,500 m2. The Supplier who is awarded the contract is to design the content of the playful children’s universe.Main features of the procedureThe procedure is in general terms divided into a prequalification phase for the selection of candidates, and then submission of tenders and individual negotiation meetings, followed by submission of revised tenders and award of contract. The contract will be awarded to the tenderer submitting the tender with the best price-quality ratio. The procedure and the award criteria will be specified in the tender documents which will be made available to prequalified candidates.
