    Brief

    The Export and Investment Fund of Denmark has entered into a contract with FTI Consulting Spain S.L.U. for the provision of technical assistance and advisory services for an energy and mineral project in Europe. The tenderer shall act as EIFO’s advisor and potentially as advisor for other financial institutions in relation to the execution and construction of the project.

      Rammeaftale vedrørende fagekspertbistand om energieffektivisering og klimaoptimering af produkter

      Energistyrelsen har brug for fagekspertbistand inden for energieffektivisering og klimaoptimering af produkter gennem en rammeaftale over 4 år med en maksimal totalværdi på 10 millioner DKK. Bistanden skal primært understøtte Energistyrelsens arbejde med at udvikle og kvalificere anbefalinger til politiske initiativer, herunder udmøntning og forhandling af EU-regulering (ecodesign og energimærkning), samt bidrage til udvikling og implementering af strategier, virkemidler og indsatser. Konsulenten skal også kunne give råd af høj faglig kvalitet og udarbejde vejledninger og værktøjer til husholdninger, industri samt den offentlige og private sektor. Danish Technological Institute, Viegand & Maagøe A/S og Teknologisk Institut har en lignende kontrakt i dag. Tilbud evalueres på pris (35%), medarbejdere (50%) og en yderligere kvalitetsparameter (15%).

      The Government of the Republic of Serbia, Ministry of Finance, Department for Contracting and Financing of EU funded programmes (CFCU) needs technical assistance services for a 30-month period, with a maximum total value of 1,000,000 EUR. The services involve strengthening the administrative and institutional capacities of the Ministry of Mining and Energy, particularly in EU integration, energy efficiency policy, and legislative alignment, including expert support for gap analysis, drafting energy efficiency legislation, and developing methodologies for monitoring and reporting energy savings in line with EU acquis and Energy Community obligations. The assignment also includes knowledge transfer and capacity building for implementing the revised EU energy efficiency framework in Serbia. Award criteria are Quality (80%) and Price (20%).
