Brief
Ørsted Bioenergy & Thermal Power A/S needs hydraulic services for a framework agreement over 5 years with 3x1 year options, with a maximum total value of 30 millioner DKK. The agreement is divided into two geographical lots (East and West) and includes breakdown assistance and supply of consumables/wear parts at Ørsted Bio Power plants in Denmark. Three ranked suppliers will be appointed per lot. Call-offs up to DKK 1,000,000 are awarded directly to the highest-ranked supplier, while those above DKK 1,000,000 are competed via mini-tender. Tenders will be evaluated based on price (50%) and quality (50%).

Description
Leverandøren oppfordres til å oppgi følgende nøkkeltall basert på de to siste reviderte årsrapportene: omsetning (inntekter), resultat før skatt (EBT), omløpsmidler, totale eiendeler, total egenkapital (inkl. minoritetsinteresser), kortsiktig gjeld, immaterielle eiendeler, varelager, kundefordringer, kontanter og kontantekvivalenter, leverandørgjeld og total rentebærende gjeld. Hvis leverandøren er nystartet og ikke kan levere to reviderte årsrapporter, oppfordres leverandøren til å levere en åpningsbalanse. Hvis leverandøren baserer seg på en støtteenhets kapasitet, må dette angis i ESPD del II, avsnitt C, og en separat ESPD må leveres for støtteenheten (som nærmere beskrevet i anskaffelsesdokumentene).
Documentation Requirement
Leverandøren oppfordres til å oppgi nøkkeltall ved å fylle ut ESPD del V og/eller vedlegg A – Svarskjema. Hvis leverandøren er nystartet og ikke kan levere to reviderte årsrapporter, oppfordres leverandøren til å levere en åpningsbalanse.

Description
