Testing In-Service Verification of Light Duty Vehicles.Main features of the procedureThis tender will follow the open procedure in accordance with the Swedish Public Procurement Act (2016:1145). All suppliers are welcome to submit tenders. Negotiations are not allowed.

Award Criteria
Description
The total sum of the prices in the price matrix will be the total tender sum. (The volume indicated in the price matrix is not binding, it is only intended for the evaluation of the tenders). The two suppliers who submit tenders with the lowest tender sums (and meet all mandatory requirements) will have submitted the most economically advantageous tenders and will be awarded the framework agreement based on a ranking order. The tender with the lowest tender sum will be assigned rank number one in the framework agreement, and the tender with the second lowest tender sum will be assigned rank number two. In case only one supplier meets all mandatory requirements, they alone will be awarded the framework agreement.
