Sihtasutus Põhja-Eesti Regionaalhaigla on sõlminud raamlepingu toidukaupade, sealhulgas piima, jahu, vorsti, kala, liha ja köögiviljade tarnimiseks Põhja-Eestis seitsme tarnijaga: NÕO Lihatööstus, Kaupmees & Ko, Wikmani LT, Roverto, Otepää Lihatööstus Edgar, KARIA ja EKSO Meat. Pakkumusi hinnati üksnes hinna alusel ning hankes osales neli pakkujat.
