    Electricity Supply Board (ESB) needs services for the supply, implementation, licensing, support, and maintenance of two platforms: Lot 1, an Employee Engagement and Employee Listening Platform, and Lot 2, an Employee Communications and Engagement Platform. The total maximum value of the contract is 1,300,000 EUR over 5 years. Lot 1 requires a cloud-based, digital, AI-powered survey tool for real-time insights into employee engagement, sentiment, and inclusion, and for monitoring culture across the employee lifecycle. Lot 2 requires an IT system to replace or transform the existing employee communications platform into a single employee experience platform combining communications, engagement, collaboration, and employee resources.
