    Ο ΔΗΜΟΤΙΚΟΣ ΟΡΓΑΝΙΣΜΟΣ ΥΔΡΕΥΣΗΣ ΑΠΟΧΕΤΕΥΣΗΣ ΚΑΙ ΤΗΛΕΘΕΡΜΑΝΣΗΣ ΚΟΖΑΝΗΣ χρειάζεται τον σχεδιασμό, την προμήθεια, την εγκατάσταση και τη θέση σε λειτουργία ενός συστήματος παραγωγής θερμότητας με λέβητες ζεστού νερού φυσικού αερίου, με ελάχιστη ωφέλιμη θερμική ισχύ τουλάχιστον 220 MW, στις εγκαταστάσεις του εργοστασίου παραγωγής ενέργειας Καρδιάς. Η μέγιστη συνολική αξία της σύμβασης είναι 30.000.000 EUR και η διάρκεια του έργου είναι 18 μήνες. Η ανάθεση θα γίνει με βάση την πλέον συμφέρουσα από οικονομική άποψη προσφορά, αποκλειστικά με κριτήριο την τιμή. Οι υποψήφιοι πρέπει να έχουν μέσο ετήσιο γενικό κύκλο εργασιών τουλάχιστον 15.000.000,00 EUR κατά τα τελευταία τρία (3) οικονομικά έτη, ειδικό ετήσιο κύκλο εργασιών τουλάχιστον 5.000.000,00 EUR κατά τα τελευταία τρία (3) οικονομικά έτη σε έργα κατασκευής και λειτουργίας ενεργειακών έργων βιομηχανικής κλίμακας για την παραγωγή θερμότητας ή/και ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας, και πιστωτική διευκόλυνση τουλάχιστον 9.000.000,00 EUR. Απαιτείται επίσης πιστοποιητικό συστήματος διαχείρισης ποιότητας σύμφωνα με το ISO 9001:2015, πιστοποιητικό συστήματος διαχείρισης υγείας και ασφάλειας στην εργασία σύμφωνα με το ISO 45001:2018 και πιστοποιητικό συστήματος περιβαλλοντικής διαχείρισης σύμφωνα με το ISO 14001:2015. Επιπλέον, οι οικονομικοί φορείς πρέπει να έχουν εκτελέσει επιτυχώς, κατά τα τελευταία πέντε (5) έτη, μία ή περισσότερες συμβάσεις συνολικής αξίας τουλάχιστον 30.000.000,00 EUR που να αφορούν την προμήθεια λεβήτων για την παραγωγή ατμού, ζεστού νερού ή υπερθερμασμένου νερού ή/και την προμήθεια μονάδων συνδυασμένης παραγωγής θερμότητας και ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας (ΣΗΘΥΑ). Επίσης, πρέπει να έχουν εκτελέσει επιτυχώς, κατά τα τελευταία πέντε (5) έτη, τουλάχιστον μία (1) σύμβαση που να περιλαμβάνει τον σχεδιασμό, την προμήθεια, την εγκατάσταση, τη δοκιμή, τη θέση σε λειτουργία και την παράδοση με βάση EPC / Turn-Key ενός λεβητοστασίου για την παραγωγή ατμού, ζεστού νερού ή υπερθερμασμένου νερού, εξοπλισμένου με λέβητα ή συστοιχία λεβήτων φυσικού αερίου, με συνολική εγκατεστημένη ονομαστική θερμική ισχύ τουλάχιστον 50 MWth, εκ των οποίων τουλάχιστον ένας λέβητας πρέπει να έχει ονομαστική θερμική ισχύ τουλάχιστον 30 MWth. Τέλος, πρέπει να έχουν εκτελέσει επιτυχώς τουλάχιστον μία (1) σύμβαση που να περιλαμβάνει, στο πεδίο εφαρμογής της, τον σχεδιασμό και την κατασκευή τουλάχιστον ενός λέβητα φυσικού αερίου για την παραγωγή ατμού, ζεστού νερού ή υπερθερμασμένου νερού, με ονομαστική θερμική ισχύ τουλάχιστον 30 MWth, πίεση σχεδιασμού τουλάχιστον 10 barg, και χρησιμοποιώντας την ίδια τεχνολογία με τους προσφερόμενους λέβητες.
