    Femern Bælt A/S har inngått en avtale med Femern Link Contractors (FLC), som består av Per Aarsleff Holding A/S, VINCI Construction Grands Projets S.A.S., CFE SA, Soletanche Bachy International S.A.S., BAM Infra BV, BAM International BV, Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG, Max Bögl Stiftung & Co. KG og Dredging International NV, om å levere bygge- og anleggsvirksomhet for Tunnel North Contract, som er en del av Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link Project. Prosjektet omfatter en nedsenket tunnel med to doble kjørebaner og en dobbeltsporet jernbane som krysser Fehmarnbelt mellom Lolland i Danmark og Puttgarden i Nord-Tyskland. Tunnelen skal produseres ved et forhåndsbestemt sted i Rødbyhavn på Lolland. Kontrakten har en verdi på 1 473 983 887 euro.

    • The Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link Project (‘Project’) is the final stage in the realisation of a straight traffic corridor between Scandinavia and continental Europe. It will be an immersed tunnel containing two dual carriageways and a twin­track railway traversing the 19 km distance across the Fehmarnbelt between Lolland in Denmark and Puttgarden in northern Germany. The immersed tunnel elements will be manufactured at a pre­designated site at Rødbyhavn on Lolland (‘Production Site’). The Principal Contracts are: 1) Tunnel Dredging and Reclamation Contract; 2) Tunnel North Contract; 3) Tunnel South Contract; and 4) Tunnel Portals and Ramps Contract. This notice concerns 2) Tunnel North Contract which was awarded to the consortium, Femern Link Contractors (FLC), consisting of the following members: Per Aarsleff Holding A/S; ­ VINCI Construction Grands Projets S.A.S.; ­ CFE SA; ­ Soletanche Bachy International S.A.S.; ­ BAM Infra BV; ­ BAM International BV; ­ Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG; ­ Max Bögl Stiftung & Co. KG; and ­ Dredging International NV.       Vejdirektoratet udbyder to entrepriser på Rute 11 mellem Varde og Korskro med en samlet maksimal værdi på 250 mio. DKK og en varighed på 3 år. Den ene entreprise omfatter ombygning af tilslutningsanlæg 73 ved Korskro, herunder ramper, to stitunneler og en stibro; den anden omfatter udbygning af Rute 11 til en 2+1-vej samt nye kommune- og adgangsveje og en kombineret cykelsti og 2-1-vej. Arbejdet udføres i Sydjylland, og tilbuddene vurderes alene på pris. For hver entreprise kræves mindst 50 mio. DKK i nettoomsætning i seneste afsluttede regnskabsår; samme tilbudsgiver skal have mindst 150 mio. DKK i nettoomsætning for at kunne tildeles begge. Der kræves desuden dokumenteret erfaring inden for de seneste 5 år med anlæg eller ændring af tilslutningsanlæg, trafikafvikling på motorveje eller motortrafikveje i drift samt etablering eller udvidelse af betonbroer eller betontunneler. Der kan indsendes højst fem referencer.

      Vejdirektoratet søger totalrådgivning til udvidelsen af Ring 4 Nord, som omfatter anlæg af en ekstra vognbane i begge retninger på den ca. 5 km lange strækning mellem Ballerup Byvej og Hillerødmotorvejen, samt etablering af støjskærme, vejadgange, stiunderføringer og signalteknisk optimering. Kontrakten har en maksimal totalværdi på 60 millioner DKK og en varighed på 6 år, og dækker rådgivning i fase 3 (Projekt til besigtigelse), fase 4 (Projekt til anlæg) og fase 5 (Projektopfølgning). Tilbud evalueres på pris og projektorganisation og kompetencer. Der kræves en nettoomsætning på mindst 50 millioner DKK i seneste regnskabsår, samt erfaring inden for de seneste 3 år med detailprojektering af større vejanlæg i bynære områder, afvandingssystemer, støjskærme og tunneller i beton (inkl. statiske beregninger), geotekniske undersøgelser og projektering, naturrådgivning vedr. §3 erstatningsnatur og bilag 4 arter, vurderinger og myndighedsbehandling i henhold til vandrammedirektivets artikel 4 og indsatsbekendtgørelsens § 8, samt miljørådgivning vedr. forurenet jord og bygningsmaterialer.
