    Oulun yliopisto tarvitsee TXRF-analysaattorin materiaalien tuhoavaan/tuhoamattomaan analysointiin. Laitetta käytetään pääasiassa eri materiaalien koostumuksen karakterisointiin kaivostoimintaan, mineraalien etsintään ja kiertotalouteen liittyvissä sovelluksissa Oulun yliopiston kaivoskoulussa. Hankinnan enimmäisarvo on 125 000 euroa (alv 0%). Hankinta riippuu GeoInfra-hankkeen jatkumisesta kesäkuun 2026 loppuun asti ja Säteilyturvakeskuksen (STUK) myöntämästä turvallisuusluvasta. Tarjoukset arvioidaan kokonaishinnan perusteella (100%).

    About the bid

      The object of the procurement is a Total reflection XRF (TXRF) instrument for destructive/non-destructive analysis of materials. The instrument will mainly be used to compositional characterization of different materials in applications related to mining, mineral exploration and circular economy within the Oulu Mining School of University of Oulu. The procurement is co-funded by the Council of Oulu Region (European Regional Development Fund, ERDF), GeoInfra project. The implementation period of the project will end by the end of June in the year 2026. The procurement depends on the continuation of the implementation period of the project. The procurement contract will be signed with the selected supplier if the funder grants an extension to the project, and if a safety license (described in the "Procurement object criteria" section of the call tenders) is granted by the Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority (STUK). Please note, the contracting entity has a maximum sum of 125 000 EUR (excluding VAT) available for the procurement and cannot accept tenders exceeding this amount. Due to the Christmas holidays, it has been decided to correct the following section in the call for tenders: Deadline for receiving tenders, applications for participation or expression of interest 7.1.2026 -> 14.1.2026
