    Het Algemeen Secretariaat van de Raad van de Europese Unie heeft een raamovereenkomst gesloten met SA voor de huur, levering, installatie en demontage van tenten (harde wanden) ter ondersteuning van de versterking van veiligheidscontroles tijdens politieke evenementen op hoog niveau. De diensten zullen voornamelijk worden geleverd in de nabijheid van de gebouwen van het Algemeen Secretariaat in Brussel, maar kunnen af en toe ook op andere locaties in Brussel nodig zijn. De overeenkomst heeft een looptijd van 4 jaar. Er heeft één inschrijver deelgenomen aan de aanbesteding.

    • The purpose of this procurement procedure is to establish a four-year framework contract for the rental, delivery, installation, and dismantling of tents (hard walls) to support the reinforcement of security checkpoints during high-level political events involving Heads of State or Government organised by the General Secretariat of the Council (GSC). The main purpose of these external security checkpoints is to protect the GSC’s external perimeter, to outsource control points and any possible problems to outside the GSC buildings. Tents will primarily be installed in the vicinity of the GSC buildings in Brussels. However, installations may occasionally be required at other locations in Brussels, depending on the venue of the event.

      The European Union Agency for Asylum needs prefabricated modular units and associated services, including maintenance, through acquisition or lease, for a maximum total value of 83,000,000 EUR over 10 years.
