Brief
This market dialogue relates to the tender on Rails which is one of three upcoming tenders in relation to the forthcoming track renewal and renovation of "Østbanen" (planned for 2023). The track renewal and renovation concerns about 49 km of regional railways located in the Region of Zealand between Køge and Faxe Ladeplads/Rødvig (“Østbanen”). Lokaltog is initiating a market dialogue with potential suppliers in relation to the upcoming three tenders regarding Turn-outs, Rails and Sleepers to gather knowledge of the relevant markets as well as to establish if certain requirements related to the tenders can be met by the market. The tenders and market dialogue will be carried out independently for each tender (as the suppliers can vary) but the dialogue is coordinated across the three tenders to make the process more efficient for all parties. The market dialogue is intended to be a mainly written market dialogue where Lokaltog has listed a series of questions in a questionnaire.
